About the roles:

Due to an expanding portfolio of projects nationally, an exciting opportunity has arisen in our Civils / Infrastructure Section in the role of Civil Technologist / Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical services including design / drafting through Civil 3D and other BIM Technologies on large national infrastructure projects. The candidate can expect to work on a wide variety of projects in both the public and private sectors. Rapid career progression within an expanding team is possible for the successful candidate.

Key roles and responsibilities:

The successful candidate will also have a requirement to liaise with the internal project team, the wider design team and contractors and should therefore have good communication skills and an ability to work well in a team dynamic. Requirements and Skills:

• Motivated, hardworking team members with extensive AutoCAD and Civil 3D understanding.
• Candidates must have a proficiency in Civil 3D or similar.
• Candidates should ideally have some background in the creation of civil works delivery information, thorough earthworks modelling and design, and detailed design.
• Be familiar with BIM models / modelling for civil engineering.
• Have the ability to manage their projects and drawings with Team Leaders etc
• Be versed in preparation of drawings & models to a high standard in terms of presentation & content.

Desired qualifications and requirements:

• At least 3 to 8 years civil engineering experience
• Minimum Level 6 Civil Engineering Qualification or BTech
• Be collaborative and take ownership of deliverables
