DBFL Supports Local Schools
As part of DBFL’s continued support of our local communities, we are developing a programme of assistance for local Deis schools located near each of our office locations in Dublin, Cork, Galway and Waterford.
St Paul’s Primary, Brunswick Street, Dublin 7 is one of the first schools to have received support from DBFL, with Maths Resources sponsored across all 8 classes from Junior Infants to Sixth, supporting them in the introduction of the new Maths Curriculum starting in 2024. The aim here was to provide support where we can for every child in the school.
We were thrilled to see the happy faces at St Paul’s recently when we witnessed firsthand the impact that the DBFL-sponsored Maths resources had across every class in the school. The teachers explained how these resources were enabling the pupils to engage and interact more with the subject resulting in them being more motivated to learn Maths in general. By supporting Maths and other STEM subjects at primary level, DBFL continues to make small steps along our way to Engineering Sustainable Futures for the younger generation of prospective engineers.
