DBFL were part of the successful Design Build team for the delivery of the new Phibblestown Schools Campus in Dublin 15.
The project involved the detailed design and construction of a 1,000-pupil, three storey post primary school of 7,500sqm, a 2,500sqm shared community facility and a 24 classroom three-storey primary school of 4,000sqm on an 8-acre site in Phibblestown, Co. Dublin.
DBFL provided full civil, structural and transportation engineering services on this project which started on site in March 2009 and was completed at the end of August 2010.
The Phibblestown schools project was one of the first education projects to be procured using the Public Works Contracts for Building Works Designed by the Contractor.
