Our Graduate Development Programme is specifically designed to support your growth from graduate level to Chartership over a period of four years. From the moment you step through our doors, you will be immersed in a dynamic, supportive and collaborative environment that encourages you to learn and excel. You will receive hands-on experience through a range of exciting projects and benefit from a structured training programme that includes mentorship, internal training sessions, educational site visits, external workshops, and self-directed learning opportunities. To be considered for the programme you will need the following:

• Bachelor’s or Masters’ Degree in Civil /Environmental Engineering
• A good understanding of civil principles
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and strategic skills
• Good standards of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good Computer skills
• ‘A looking to learn’ attitude
• Works well on own initiative and as part of a team
