STEPS Young Engineers Award
As part of the STEPS Young Engineers Ireland Award, DBFL’s Christina Haney visited Griffith Barracks Multi-Denominational School in Dublin. During this visit, the students showcased their projects and learned about the important role of engineering in the community.
The STEPS Young Engineers Award encourages primary school students, in 3rd and 4th class, to develop creative engineering projects to help or improve their local community. Children are tasked with identifying a problem and then work in teams to come up with a creative and sustainable engineering solution.
